Dawn Larsen is an expert when it comes to real estate. I have worked with her on several real estate transactions, and she had been the VERY BEST I've ever experienced. She does her homework! We just sold our home, and she listed it very attractively so that we have 62 showings in 3 days with 27 offers. Got us over listing price. The second time I called her to help list my moms home this summer. I love live in SC, and knew that I could rely on her to help my mom and get the home sold quickly! She made her staging recommendations, and had the house sold by the end of the first weekend for the listing price. Being so far away from my mom, I knew that she was able to help ease the stresses I had and knew she would get the job done. We've been fortunate to work with multiple times, and every time the process was easy, streamlined and overall fantastic. We are beyond grateful for Dawn and her wisdom. It’s not every day that our family decides to purchase a dream home. We did not know what to expect when we received a referral to try out Dawn Larson from Baird & Warner. Ever heard of a used car salesman? Dawn was the exact opposite. She told us everything that we needed to hear, instead of just what we wanted to hear. Google may want to reach out to her, because somehow she was able to consistently find vital factual information regarding our future home that me & my team of family and friends could not find no matter how hard we researched. In fact, it was almost annoying. ME {8:59pm} - “Hey hunny, I’ve been searching for hours to figure out wh..“ MY WIFE {8:59pm} - “Just text Dawn...” ME {9:00pm} - “But it’s 9pm!” DAWN {9:01pm} - “Here’s the info” ME {everyday} - “I should listen to you more, hunny” From day one, her communication was impeccably swift, clear, & concise. I am pretty sure she sleeps with her phone taped to her ear. Dawn treated the whole buying process as if her own family’s future & checking account was on the line. Question: Who does that? Answer: Dawn Larson. In 2 hours of puting our current home on the private market, we were under contract..... 2 hours. Oh, btw, it sold higher than any home in our neighborhood.
