About Me
Dawn is passionate about making your home buying or selling experience not only as stress free as possible, but also fun! She realizes that buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions you may make in your life and is ready to help you “think outside the box” if necessary to accomplish your goals. She is hard working and dedicated to providing honesty, professionalism, timely and quality services to all of her clients. She is ready to listen, really listen, to your needs, wants, and desires to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience, and exceed your expectations! Her personal experience of buying and/or selling twelve homes in six different states gives her the ability to understand and empathize with her clients who are relocating to a different state, or just across town. Before beginning her career at Baird & Warner, Dawn’s list of previous occupations were as a administrative assistant in a nuclear engineering research facility, a wife, a stay at home mom, a transcriber of home inspections for a leading home inspector, and as a teacher/moderator home schooling her two children.
